Plain terms for the Talla beta app for Mac. Talla is made by Raspao LLC, which is just me, so “I” on this page means Raspao LLC. By downloading or using Talla during the beta you agree to these terms.
Using Talla
- Talla is free to download and use during the beta, for personal or commercial work. No account is needed.
- What you make with Talla is yours. I claim no rights to your sculpts, files, or exports.
- Please don't sell Talla, redistribute modified copies, or pass it off as your own. Share a link to https://talla.tools instead of the installer, so people get the current, signed version.
Ownership
Talla, its name, and its icon belong to Raspao LLC. Talla includes open-source software used under its own licenses; the list and the license texts are in Help > Third-Party Notices.
Updates
Talla can check for and install updates. Versions may add, change, or remove features.
No warranty
Talla is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Keep copies of work that matters to you. To the extent the law allows, Raspao LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using Talla, including lost work.
After the beta
Talla will be a paid product after the beta. Pricing and the terms for the later release will be announced before the paid release.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Questions: hello@talla.tools.
